In the words of that awful actor Thomas Baker
"Britain, Britain, Britain"
The land of the free, royalty, and some of the most ridiculous things I have ever come across...
This country has one of the highest reputations for having power, money, and respect...but from what I can see, this is also a country that is spiraling down into disarray and madness.
You see, Great Britain has a government, this government is supposed to make decisions for the people they lead, important decisions, to improve the lives of these people, and it seems to me that they are making all the wrong decisions...
Immigration levels are at an all time high in the United Kingdom, more than any other country on earth, for one reason, the British government is too soft, the people know this and I'm sure they will agree with me on this next point too.
The essence of being British has been totally lost, no longer is Britain Britain...but more of a condensed version of the entire Earth, there are more Taxi's than people to ride in them and more Mosques than Churches; this is totally ridiculous, Britons are being driven mad by the amount of immigrants flooding into house all around them, they have a choke hold on the entire country.
House prices are on the rise and by 2020 there will be nowhere left, this is where the European Union comes in, now this "Union" is futile, one of the "rules" is that anybody, from any country, can move to another country in the Union, and because the United Kingdom is so wealthy, has free health care, and many other wonderful attributes, EVERYONE wants to move there, this is not fair as the British Isles are tiny in comparison to any other country in the EU and yet they have one of the highest populations.
If the people do not do anything, they will be out of their own country before they know it, I say, rise above the government, overthrow them! take them out, and create a new system, who needs squares from university? let the people decide what they want, and let them do it for themselves...Britons, you still have time.

V,
I am glad that you answered to my offer!
I found your blog through some people who highly admire you ;)
By the way, is there a topic you'd wish to write about for the magazine? Is the email adress you inserted for my guestbook (only visible to me, since I am admin) a valid one?
If yes then I can use it to contact you and discuss possible topics for the magazine with you if you wish!

V,
Sometimes couldn't agree more. I see so many things going wrong with our Government: scandals, secrets and of the like.
But when I look at my own generation, we're too busy killing ourselves with knives and guns to think about our country's problems... it's as if it's futile, we're stuck between a stone and a hard place..
I'm often left feeling so bitter and angry. Over-throwing the goverment is possible, but who will overtake it? I wouldn't want my generation running it that's for sure.
As for immigrants, I don't mind them as much... the ones who come here to work and make a decent person of themselves. But it's the ones who sit in their council homes, and do nothing but claim benefits that should go to the thousands of British families living in poverty...
But then again, even British people shamelessly give the rest of us a bad name and sit claiming thousands of pounds...
There is nothing 'Great' about Britain... not anymore.

Hello V,
I wonder if you got my mail regarding magazine topics.
I would need a reply for this weekend because issue 1 is pretty packed already and we need to hold a slot free for you. If this is too short on time for you, we can still start featuring you in issue 2 (while issue 2 will have an overall topic actually) but make the feature more massive to compensate the loss in issue 1.
Take care. ;I

Britain is smaller than all other EU nations? lolwut? Yeah, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg all dwarf the UK. And yes, Britain is the only state with socialized health care. Christ you're retarded.
An interesting Blog, which I've already put on my rotation of places to watch as I find the topics put forward interesting. While i might not always agree with every point, its a damned sight better spoken than most bloggers.
Of course I really shouldn't speak as I'm also one among the inarticulate masses that has decided to pass the time by blogging away. Eh, it keeps my mind busy during the idle moments between trying to write, and helping with local affairs.
Best of luck to you.

Dear Anonymous,
It isn't just about the size, the popularity comes into it too you imbocile. The fact that Britain is tiny AND popular dwarves the country even more, Britain is FULL of immigrants and the prices of everything is on the rise.
Retarded I think not sir.
May I thank you all for your feedback
Please spread my word across the internet.
Fail is you. Also fail is Britain.
oh V will the glory ever be restored?
from pre-school they force into the kids brains that to opppose a foreigner/immigrant in any way is to be racist and evil.
UK healthcare may be free... but good it is not...
People have such a short term memory: Yes, you can earn more in the UK, but you will also get bad healthcare, mediocre education, policing and a government retirement plan payments that are a joke, not to mention "yoof" violence that no one in power has the guts to oppose. The same goes for Christmas where the government does not want the "minority" to be offended. What the....? since when does the minority get majority powers? You obide by the laws of the country of welcome or leave to go to a country more in line with your personal values... I believe that Australia is correct with it's much decried legislation of "Love the country as is or Leave"...
The UK government has lost the script and from my standpoint in France, which is not one of the better countries to live in, I still believe that I am better off here than in the country I was originally born and raised in.
