"Just a short one"

Aah July... along with June and August, probably my most favoured months, you see, I am a sucker for Festivals.

Glastonbury, such a small town, but for 3 days of the year, a hundred thousand people flock there to get covered in mud, mugged and inebriated, all to the sound of popular music.

This fascinates me, the atmosphere these festivals have is just purely electrifying, such an euphoric feeling pulsates throughout the fields and it's all down to one thing. People.

Granted the music exacerbates the mood, but when you delve into what really gives festivals their wondrous buzz, it's the vast amount of people all looking for the same thing. A good time.

Personally I am especially looking forward to the aptly named V festival but that's another matter.

With August comes autumn. my favourite time of year for photography I'll be starting a little competition as it were around then, be sure to look out for it.

That is, if I ever get around to it!
